Target Audience Mind Map

We created a mind map to help us think about our ideal target audience and to allow us to start thinking about what we should include or avoid to successfully reach said audience.


As our film is a thriller, we will be creating a complex narrative which will engage the audience. For this reason, we will be adopting the Uses and Gratifications theory which suggests that the individuals viewing the film are directly involved in the selection and consumption of media output. This means that they will play a part in deciphering the message and narrative of the film through the help of pointers within the film itself.
